At least dozen of times literally, every week it freezes the connections and needs to be switched off. Sometimes it even needs the browser to be restarted. Encountered it already on the first day I started to use it, contacted CS, and learnt that everything was fine.
Other annoyances: requesting every few weeks to write a review.
