Mozilla Addons is not a local chineese web site therefore everyone has a right to understand "what the extension here with not bad raiting is placed here" - this approach suggests respectful relation to all users as Internet is international place with historically EN language as default. Sorry for a boring lection. EN's not a native for me too, but there's Internet. I've changed 3 stars to 5 for your fast and adequate reply, good luck!
UPD: my note was about only the extension's title and description (not content) for any user can understand if he needs "this popular thing".

This extension is a tweak for a Chinese video website bilibili.com, where the UI and most contents are presented in Chinese.

There is no reason someone with poor Chinese will visit that website.
Thus there is no reason someone with poor Chinese will use this extension.
Therefore there is no reason for me to translate that extension, until bilibili.com supports other languages in the future.
