- Rated 4 out of 5by Umbrus, 3 years agoThis looks to be a really good replacement for some other tab management addons/extensions I've used, but it has one major issue: It can only read tabs from the current window. This is an issue for me, as I often have 4-5 browser windows open, each with 10+ tabs. That said, this extension does not appear to focused on tab management as much as it solely focused on *saving* tabs, and for that it functions incredibly well.

posted 3 years agoThanks for the review and the feedback! You're absolutely right that Tab Stash is a little different from other tab managers in that it's more focused on clearing away tabs and getting them into a place where they can be organized.
That said, there's an open feature request for showing tabs from all windows, and it's something I do want to implement eventually. If you're on GitHub, you can subscribe to it to be notified of new developments: https://github.com/josh-berry/tab-stash/issues/314 - Rated 5 out of 5by elqnny, 3 years agoThis extension is very useful for me, it's simple and has all the features I needed, thanks.

posted 3 years agoSorry to hear you're having trouble. I'd like to help, but I'm afraid I can't provide support in review comments. Please open an issue on GitHub and I'd be happy to take a look. - Rated 5 out of 5by n0TfiX, 3 years ago

posted 3 years agoSorry to hear you're having trouble. I saw your bug report—unfortunately, if the browser gets into a bad state, there's really nothing Tab Stash can do about it. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue by clearing your session data.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Mistress Of Universes, 3 years agoI've been using this for about a year now and it is probably my favorite add-on ever. It's so nice being able to just push all of the tabs out of the way when I need a clean slate but also recall them individually or as a group at any time.
I also absolutely love the most recent update where the tab icon spins around when a recalled tab loads in! It's so cute!!!Developer response
posted 3 years agoI like the spinny icon too! I actually can't take all the credit for it; the first version was contributed by a user, and I tweaked it a little bit in the latest release.
In any case, I'm happy to hear you're enjoying Tab Stash! Thanks for coming back after a year to leave a review, I really appreciate it. :) - Rated 4 out of 5by donewithusernames, 3 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Casyl, 3 years agoFantastic but would love to be able to rename tabs. I use it for a website that every tab is named the same, in Microsoft Collections I can rename everything, but really want to come back to Firefox. I love having the side bar and being able to navigate groups in a simple compact way.
Developer response
posted 3 years agoGood news—you can! Hover over the tab you want to rename, and click the icon that looks like a pencil. (Note the tab has to be in your stash; you can’t rename open tabs.)
Hope this helps! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14029396, 3 years ago
