For mobile devices, just let it open in new tab (if direct download didnt work). Then its easy to download it to your phone gallery.

Those who brag about 360p resolution, complain to youtube, they're the one who is restricting the stream. Until then, download 2K video and audio separately and merge it in your local. Just 30 seconds task.
