1.1 Purpose

These T&C define the terms of use for the CodeBoost – Permis Tracker extension (hereinafter "the Extension"). By installing the Extension, you accept these terms without reservation.

1.2 Intellectual Property

In accordance with the LICENSE.md file, the Extension is the exclusive property of its author, Gilles Pire.
* Prohibitions: Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or redistribution of the source code or graphic assets, without prior written consent from the author, is strictly prohibited.
* Usage: Use is strictly personal. Any use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

1.3 Nature of Service

CodeBoost is an independent progress-tracking tool. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially linked to the FeuVert.be website or the official driving license authorities in Belgium.

1.4 Liability

• Exam Results: The author does not guarantee success in the official driving license exam. The Extension is a revision aid only.
• Malfunctions: The author declines all responsibility for data loss, statistical calculation errors, or incompatibilities resulting from updates to the FeuVert.be website.
• Usage: Users are solely responsible for their use of the public sharing features.
